When the air pressure increases, carbon molecular sieves adsorb a large amount of oxygen, and nitrogen molecules are concentrated and aggregated to achieve gas separation. When the air pressure drops to atmospheric pressure, the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen is very small, and oxygen molecules are resolved on the adsorbent, completing the regeneration of the adsorbent. The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production equipment uses two adsorption towers to alternately adsorb and analyze, achieving continuous nitrogen supply and a complete nitrogen production process.
