Oil free screw blower

The main engine's male and female rotors rely on a pair of high-precision synchronous gears to mesh and operate, and the bearings are sealed with the compression chamber. There is no oil in the compression chamber, providing customers with clean and oil-free air.

　　When working, it is equipped with internal compression, which has high thermal efficiency and good power balance. It can achieve basic installation with less airflow pulsation, greatly reducing noise. The integrated control system can be unmanned and remotely controlled with integrated one-way valves and overpressure relief valves. It can also be equipped with a starting unloading valve, a belt drive unit, and a variable frequency motor. The direct connected version of the variable frequency drive unit is equipped with a permanent magnet variable frequency motor and variable frequency drive as standard.
